Return Policy 

Exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality is made according to the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy dated June 29, 2001, No. 217 "On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods".

Returns are accepted via Latvian Post (Latvijas Pasts).
The return cost is 2,50* Euro.
THE COST OF RETURNING GOODS WILL BE CALCULATED FROM THE AMOUNT THAT YOU MUST BE RETURNED.

Fill in the return form, put it in the box with the goods, leave the box unglued, and paste the parcel sticker on the package/box. The post officer will put a company stamp on the return form and will stick up the box. Returns via Latvian Post are possible only by giving the goods directly to the post officer. Returning the goods via Latvian Post does not require you to contact the same office where you have received the delivery. You can return the goods at any post office in Latvia.

You need to pack the goods and leave the box unglued. Add the return form and be sure to inform the post officer about this.

Returning the goods via Omniva terminal
The return cost is 3.49* Euro.

THE COST OF RETURNING GOODS WILL BE CALCULATED FROM THE AMOUNT THAT YOU MUST BE RETURNED.

Fill in the return form, pack the item and prepare it for shipping. You have received an order via the Omniva terminal. SMS codes are used to receive and return the goods (if you enter this code, you will see the cell of the same size as you received the goods). Take the prepared parcel to any suitable Omniva terminal and, following the instructions on the terminal screen, put the parcel in the cell. Returning the goods via DPD courier:

The return cost is 4 Euro.

DPD courier will arrive at your address within 1-3 working days to pick up the goods. Courier will inform you via the phone call before departure. If you fill in the return form prior to 2 p.m. on a working day, the parcel will be picked up by the courier the next working day.
Parcels are collected from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
In order to return the goods, specify the address where You can provide the goods from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on working days.

Goods of good quality can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer. When returning the goods, you must comply with the following conditions:

  • goods must be in the original packaging;
  • goods must not be damaged by the customer;
  • goods must not be in use and not lose their marketability (labels and the protective film shall remain untouched);
  • the content of the returned goods must be the same as when it was received by the customer;
  • when returning the goods, it is necessary to present a document on its purchase, a warranty card (if any) and a filled return form.
